Dear Marianne,

Having studied Stephen’s report, he seems to have done a very thorough job, for which we are grateful. We’re particularly impressed with the detail he has gone into about the loft/roof space and the fact that he took the trouble to test the taps, toilets and cupboard/drawer doors.
