Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and Stephen for going back in to 27 Brooks Hall Road and finishing the survey. The roof void has come back with a clean bill of health and we now have no outstanding queries with regard to the purchase. Your report has given us a huge amount of confidence in our decision, so we can’t recommend your services strongly enough.
After your report, we had Hyltreat go in and carry out a damp survey. We now have a great quote to inject a chemical damp proof course along the front bay wall and along the alleyway wall, which we will do while our furniture is in store.
